Thanks to modern technology we store our fruit at constant quality and freshness levels until the beginning of the next harvest. We provide for optimal storage conditions to meet the special requirements of the respective fruit sorts. In our ULO-storages, we are able to store fruit significantly longer than in ordinary cold stores in a fresh and appealing way. Thus, our customers are able to enjoy regional fruit also off-season at the highest quality and freshness.
